Yes! At last a usable ning that actually makes sense. I finlly “get” what it’s for, and although the interface for building your own custom css could be better, there is light at the end of the ning tunnel.

My only one criticism is that it’s still quite difficult to get to the communities you’re a member of. For example, I wanted to check out the very fine lloydyweb ning community, and I thought by logging into ning I would be presented with useful list of the groups to which I belonged. No such luck.

In fact some kind of global user control panel (* cough * ning bar) that lists all the groups you’re in would be good. That and global user pages, with information that would propagate the lame group questions you’re required to fill in on joining any ning-community.

All in all I’m impressed, keep up the good work you ninger.
